Emilie and Youssef opened Doudou Miel in 2017, almost by chance, but with a passion for cooking and good ingredients. There is no fixed menu, but every day a new way to make salads, bagels and other preparations filled with vegetables. There are suggestions, but also the possibility to compose your meal to measure. Almost all the ingredients come from organic shops. Doudou Miel is also part of the Too Good To Go network. Its goal is to offer, via an app, unsold food from supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries at a reduced price to avoid food waste.
