As you stroll down the Rue des Bouchers, a curious new place might catch your attention. Welcome to Pompidop, a delightful new pop-up restaurant with a fun, playful concept.
Founder Frederique's brainchild, Pompidop offers "dops" – Indian-inspired, light-air, fried buns that you fill up with a range of flavorsome toppings.
Pompidop makes eating vegetables appealing & playful, especially for the young ones. It's the perfect spot for families looking to introduce their kids to the world of veggies in a fun, unimposing way.
On our visit, we ventured for the Asian mix and the Sweet Chili toppings. We enjoyed it very much and it provided an exciting play of temperatures, textures, and tastes.
Frederique's commitment to her project can be felt in every detail. From the beverages to the toppings, she makes sure everything is locally sourced, healthy & organic where possible. It's not just about delivering tasty food; it's about doing so responsibly.
Make sure to try out this temporary pop-up restaurant before the end of December. Let your taste buds embark on a flavorful adventure, and support a local business that genuinely cares.
